i have the stock block, 42lbs injectors, stock cam, 2 T61 turbos( running 10lbs of boost), underdrive pulleys, 90mm Lightning MAF, custom SCT chip and a AODE w/2400 stall converter...

I'm thinking bout a set of thumper heads, and a holley systamax upper & lowr.

What do you guys think?

i think that after you buy those parts you should start saving for an aftermarket block because its only a matter of time till your stock block cracks down the middle when you hit the 500hp mark

What is "custom" about your aode? There are a few things you'll want in one running over 500 hp. Also, get some bigger heads if you're going to be putting boost through the engine, might as well pick up a whole top end kit....but I would be concerned with your stock block or transmission breaking. To get 475 rwhp, you'll have to be making around 600 hp at the crank using an AODE....something to think about

I think going through the trouble of plumbing twins to make 475 rwhp is a huge waste of time.

I suggest trading them for a single T70 and some of the piping you'll need.

I'm there with s-trim at about 17psi through a 4R70W and trickflow heads, stock cam and cobra intake (ported lower). Running methanol injection. Stock bottomend with 155,000 miles driven daily.

Went to SCT2400 MAF and 60lb injectors. Running two 255lph fuel pumps, one was not enough, stock rails.

With the turbos I'd kick it up to around 12-14psi and you should be there pretty easily.

thumper heads are pretty good, but i'd go to something more like afr 165 or 185s

I like a good aluminum head with a thick deck for higher power levels to keep things in place. ARP bolts or head studs with a 9333-pt1 gasket.
