This was over from MustangForums from ( Casper98GT )

TSB
05-9-11 FRONT SUSPENSION POPPING NOISE WHILE TURNING RIGHT OR LEFT - VEHICLES BUILT BEFORE 4/8/2005

Publication Date: April 27, 2005

FORD: 2005 Mustang

ISSUE:
Some 2005 Mustang vehicles built before 4/8/2005 may exhibit an intermittent popping noise from the front of the vehicle while turning left or right. The noise will typically occur during low speed maneuvers and may occur multiple times while turning.

ACTION:
On both sides of the vehicle, install a revised upper strut bearing assembly. If the vehicle was built before February, 2005 it may also be necessary to install a lower spring seat isolator if one is not already present. Refer to the following Service Procedure

So does that mean I should wait to take it in? I really dread taking my baby back to the dealer. Maybe I should just lower it and forget about the fix? Does lowering it permanently get rid of the problem? Anyone out there who has lowered their stang still experience the problem?

Took mine to the dealer today so that they could get the parts on order. I gave them a copy of the TSB. No problems. Now to see if the fix is really a fix.

You are the man. Where did you get that? I need the TSB's for the shaker problem and the rear end problem. I would like them so I can print them and take them with me so there are no mix ups. Thanks
