I was thinking about buying the global west Tubular tie rod adjusting sleeves http://globalwest.net/mustang_1964 -73 catalog.htm#Tubular Tie Rod Adjusting Sleeves and then I found these http://www.racepartsusa.com/shop//customer/home.php?cat=428&page=1. Does any know if these will work instead? What is the thread size of the tie rods?

FYI, TCP makes them now and Edelbrock has offered them forever. I have the GWs and did not realize that Edelbrock made them. IMO, the Edelbrocks are the same quality or better but for $10 less. p/n 5252 at summit

Wow, the Edelbrocks look the coolest but who can beat $6.00 for the race parts usa unit? I'd also like to know the thread size so I could get a set!

The RacePartsUSA pieces are sized for 5/8-18 rod ends and will not work with OEM tie rods. Ford used an odd sized 11/16-18 thread pitch.

Yah I was really hoping the ones from the race shop would work it is real hard to beat $6.00 for a part for a car but if they wont they wont so thanks for the link the Edelbrocks ones it looks like they are the next best choice.
