off the chart lean can cause the HC levels to be way high , I see this all the time that guys want to argue that there car is running so rich is burning their eyes but yet they have no wideband and when I finally get a wideband on it , its actually running WAY too lean , fatten the tune up in the 0 to 2.5 volt area of the MAF transfer and problem fixed

I find it very common when running calibrated meters that they run way lean from idle to about 1.5 to 2 volts

Just wanted to say thanks again for looking at my logs. I was having a feeling there was an underling issue. You confirmed my thoughts.

I just remembered when i bought my injectors from pokageek he said there was one leaking and he had it set aside in a bag and had ordered a replacement. The one in the bag looked new. So im thinking i might have a messed up injector. Its not at all his fault he practically gave them to me. Its just a hunch. But i think that would explain alot.

Ill check plugs and compression when i go to the garage on sunday. I might try to get up there tomorrow and pull the plugs.

Im just hoping its not a valve issue. The heads were rebuilt and fresh. But who knows maybe a rocker slipped.

Just wanted to say thanks again!

I have a similiar set-up on my 95 GT vert 306, eldebrock peformer intake-heads, comp cam-mild, 70mm TB BBK, 1.6 r rockers, shorty headers, 3.73 rear, BBK xpipe and mag-cat-back.24ib injectors FMS.BBK cold air. I installed a pro-m 24 after the other mods then took the car for tuning. My tuner said to get rid of the pro-m because theres no way to calibrate It to work as well as the stock maf and after trying both ways I agree with him. I don't have any knowledge about tuning myself but the shop I use does alot of mustang work and dyno-tuning.had good luck so far.

Well ... I agree with your Pro Tuner
but
There is a possibility the meter wouldn't work like he said

It's all about if the meter gets pegged by your combo

One of those deals where ... it kinda depends upon yada yada yada

anyway ... sounds like it all worked out good for you
