Tune Up?

i was wondering what i need to do to give my 2.3 a tune up? all of the fluids were changed when i bought it, and it runs good but when i put in the cutch and stop the engine seems to bog down and has even cut off. a friend whose a mechanic suggested a tun up. how far should i take the tune up?


the tach also fluctuates down after i rev it up a little. is this a sensor?

My car has the same problem when it revs, it will shoot back down and almost die. It never actually has though, so I dont worry too much...
