04 mach 1 with C&L intake, K&N, and Mac Prochamber with single chamber flows. Is it really worth buying a Diablo Sport or SCT for as little mods as I do?
I guess what im saying is am i really gonna notice a difference in power with the 93 octane performance tune? Im debating on getting 4.10's or 4.30's in the near future so the tuner would come in handy for recal. the speedo? but i cant see spending $400.00 if i cant notice a performance gain?...any thoughts?

yes, with an cai and exhaust the mach will usually run a bit on the lean side.

did you get the c&l with the maf housing? if yes then you defiantly need to get tuned as ive seen numerous mach's with the c&l and maf have a/f ratios way too rich and way too lean

and yes if your gonna do gears the tuner will beable to correct the speedo for you

I think harrisonfiveo is talking about a handheld tuner, while Marks5.0! is talking about a person to do the tuning, which, in the end, is what you need.
The C&L MAF simply leans out the A/F mix so if you don't get a tune to compansate for this, out of the box you'll be lean. (I have 2 C&L MAFs in my junk box, cause that's what they are) If you're set on using the C&L MAF, I'd strongly suggest getting a custom tune which will involve a tuner (person) and either a chip or a handheld tuner...finer your tuner (person) first and see what they use...some are loyal to Diablo, other use SCT.
If you junk your C&L Leaner, you can go with a canned tune from either Diablo or SCT (chip or handheld) - expect about 5 HP gain.
