I'm wondering what the best system to tune my 5.0.

I think you might need to provide some more info so we have an idea of what you hope to tune. A sig with mods would help too (different combos and power-adders are approached differently). What are you hoping to tune?

I'm thinking of going with a procharger eventually, but not for a while.

are you talking about piggybacks and/or stand alone engine management?

The best way is to get it tuned at a shop with a dyno and a tech that knows what he's doing
