ok, so i'm prob going to get my car re-tuned by a more reputable shop. my car was being tuned with sniper software. my question is, do i need to have that program un-installed before another programmer can tune my car?

you would need to uninstall the program , but why would you wanna spend more money to get it retuned if you already have something that can get the job done just as good , PM me with whatever issues you have and maybe I can help ya out
