If you read my previous threads, I was speaking about doing a 2.3T swap. This weekend I went down and picked up a 2.3T out of an 88 turbo coupe. I received a 2.3T motor w/ the IHI turbo, the big VAM, an LA3 computer, knock sensor, boost controller, piping, intercooler, various other things needed. However, the motor mounts like a little different. Considering the stock 2.3 NA mounts I have are probably worn out, which mounts should I purchase? I assumed the SVO mounts would be right, fox body w/ a 2.3T, but then again I remember the SVO having quite a different front suspension, which might have a different k-member, so I thought I would ask people who have done this themselves.

get replacement mounts for your year mustang. Different years had different mounting positions. I had to use the engine mounts from my 88 mustang on my 86 2.3T engine. They looked almost identical but the angle of the mount studs on the 86 TC mounts wouldn't let them slip into the slots on the frame. The mounts will bolt up just fine to your block.
