turbo charging a 2004 cobra

hey guyz we've got a 2004 mustang cobra 4.6 dohc stock engine and we are looking forward turbocharging this one to get 9 sec in a quarter mile so what do u suggest for that issue and what part would i really need and which turbo chargers do u suggest and would i need a strocker kit for that one ??? if yes plz specify it and tell me what u know about it plz knowing that we are looking for keep it a daily use car
