Hey Guys,

I need some help.. My brother has a SRT 4 and he upgrade his turbo, intercooler, and wastegates.. I was thinking on using those things to turbo my 91 fox mustang… But I really don’t know what other things that I mite need.. I could get the piping from the internet..

My car has a lot of bolt on and 24 pounds injectors, 255 fuel pump, MSD box, 4:11 gears, trick flow upper and lower intake,

Let me know what you guys think...

That turbo is way too samll for a v8 application, if you had two of them you might be better off. You might be able to mod the intercooler to fit (I don't know the dimensions). Depending on how much power you are wanting to make you'll run out of injector pretty quick.

turbo is way too small, the ic is prolly alright, the wastegate is already on the turbo, basically you might be able to get the ic out of it, throw the turbo in the trash, as far as a tune, the 24's wont be enough, with the proper turbo kit, and the 4.10's will blow the tires off at all speeds with any kind of boost........

get a good hot side kit, from like b&g turbo, then add a nice turbo such as a t60 or so to the mix then run the downpipe and exhaust, then add your choice of an ic and piping, then a good tune, or you could just buy a hp kit or hellion and have the whole thing in one kit........

The TD04LR can barely make 300WHP without nitrous. The turbo and manifold are cast as one piece, so unless you have a Dodge 2.0L or 2.4L DOHC engine, it can't possibly fit (let alone work well). The intercooler is small, and the wastegate is integral to the turbo.
