turbo swap help!

hello, im about to pick up a 88 turbocoupe with an auto trans. i plan on putting it into my 93 mustang, which also has an auto trans. will the turbocoupe trans work in the mustang? or is there any way of making the mustangs work. i dont want to change it to stick so if thats your answer dont bother. so if if anyone can help me it would greatly be appreciated.

Both the same transmission...

I don't know exactly how autos work as far as driving the speedo, but said speedo drive is probably different on the t-bird trans (they use electronic speedos as opposed to mechanical on the stangs)
