Turn signals and wipers not working

I replaced the blue flasher and I still don’t have turn signals. Wipers won’t completely shut off, stay in intermittent and high beam not working properly. Bad turn signal wipers switch lever?

I think you are referring to the multifunction switch and yes, you didn't specify year, they are year/model specific.
