Turning but not sparking

I recently encountered my car not wanting to turn over. I've changed the alternator, and battery, and checked the starter and ignition coil. They are all good. I read on here on a related topic about a TDI module. Is this the same as the EDIS module? I have a 95 V6 mustang. It's driving me crazy. Help please. If it is the TDI module, where is it? I know the EDIS module is under the air intake and if its the same thing, can the EDIS be check? I took it to AutoZone but they can't check the EDIS module. It's my daily driver and it's been down for almost three weeks. Help.

Well good news. FOund the problem and fixed it. It was the crankshaft positioning sensor. It was broken. 200$ and three weeks later its back on its wheels. Yeah.
