Was wondering if anyone can give me a couple of base tunes for my future setup:

331
Vortech
Tremec.

I just want a basic tune to begin with, having the low fan come on about 170* and the high at 185*.

From that point I can adjust when (or if ) we get the car started. Im using 42# injectors.


Anybody that has a couple of base tunes please let me know.

Where is your full list of mods with the MAF, cam etc in it?

180 Stat...Im in S. FL, so in my stock 302 with blower I used these settings:

Low fan, stat open, high fan.

Here is the cam:

Comp Cams Camshaft - FW 284H-R14 (.533/.544 114LSA

It is a ProM 77 calibrated for 42's. Im building the engine now, and I forget what else is important, but go ahead and question me throug my EMAIL ADDRESS

No prob, tuning cars for the heat is my specialty.

I was making back to back datalog 0-100-0 runs on my S-trim car in 100deg heat last weekend.

I'll hit ya up on the email.

Funny you should ask - I'm about to get much more into the PMS it seems. I'm not quite familiar enough with it yet to help you blindly from remote although if you wanted some general guidelines and can shoot me some datalogs I'll be able to help you just fine.

Wes, why dont you just make a trip to South beach, and while you're here, you can spend a day or so helping BOTH of us at the same time

The PMS seems more user friendly in my opinion. I have a base tune on it already, good enough to drive around. I have to make sure my wideband is reading properly on interlog before I send you logs. Thanks
