I've decided that the TwEECer is for me! The only thing I'm not sure about is whether the real time logging will help me really understand what is going on better, or if I don't need it.

What do you guys think? Is it worth the extra $$$?

I don't know how you would tune without the logging! I'm sooooo close to ordering a Tweecer R/T and PLX WB, I can smell it!!!

It would be basically pointless without the R/T, unless you have easy access to a wideband setup or dyno. You can do a lot of drivability issues with feedback from the datalogging, and then save the expensive dyno tuning for optimizing horsepower at WOT.

I think you could waste a lot of time on the dyno if you don't have the tweecing experience from tuning by the data log.

In my comparison shopping, I have looked at the logging capability of the RT, and the EEC tuner. The EEC tuner looks like it will log everything you need if you have an A9L family 88-93 computer, but the RT will log more variables, and it will log on the 94-95's and the EECV computers. The RT is clearly better, and the USB connection is a lot better, but the EEC tuner is cheaper.
