My way may be a bit expencive, but it will work.
First things first, WHAT KIT DID YOU BUY?
Next, your going to need one heck of a fuel system...your BEST bet is to go with a cobra fuel basket/tank setup and replace the dual cobra pumps with two Ford GT fuel pumps.
Go ahead and get 60# injectors, because you KNOW your going to want to turn up the boost later on.
Make sure he has a TB and plenum also, along with a spec STG 3 clutch or equivelent, and most importantly a GOOD dyno tune! With the 60# injectors, the tune that they may provide will not be near correct....if your tuner is a long drive, A. trailer the car there or B. put the stock injectors in and drive over there (VERY carefully...do NOT get into boost) and then pop the 60#ers in.
If you have anymore questions, just ask....and I agree with the above, turbomustangs would be the better place, BUT most of them are 5.0 guys and dont seem to like the 4.6 guys much. And if you have questions about the twin Ford GT pump setup, there is plenty of info on that @
