Yeah, that's a "dealer-package". There are a few dealerships around here that will send 1 of their stock mustangs to a "SHOP" to get an Aftermarket package installed. Dealerships do this to increase 'Stang sells. These custom cars are normally one-of-a-kind. (unless someone else saw the car and decided to imitate.) 
I was going to buy an '05 V6 that had 18" chrome Bullit wheels, Chrome Dual Exhaust, Carbon-Fiber Interior Package, Hood Scoop, (Complete) Street Scene Bumper Kit, and the SHaker 1000 Audio system. It's was Jet Black!
It was a pretty sweet ride, but its price was about $28,000 
and I like to do my own customization.
