I want 300rwhp...

I got a race car shop going to work some GT40 heads.. bigger valves, milled to get a bit more compression, and being sent through a CNC machine..

with a slightly ported lower, on a typhoon intake and 65mm throttlebody, B or E cam with 1.7 rockers.. (need suggestions on cam kinda in a bind)

with the supporting mods in sig is 300rwhp possible? say if I get the compression to around 10:1 and invest in some long tubes...

I got no clue what else there is to do besides that..f

Just say no to the alaphabet cam, get a few $ more and go with the comp line or an FTI custom. You can really get a much better cam for that combo if you want 300 at the wheels..IMO.

well I got a good deal on an E cam and 1.7 rockers and wonderin if it would be more beneficial for a B cam...

I'm aware on the FTI and the Comp cams, prefer FMS for some reason..

B (especially with 1.7s) will make more peak HP because of more duration but I'd just run E w/1.7s if you have it and make sure your springs are up to task.

Currently, with unported stock heads, it would help but once you do the GT40's, you will definatly see an improvment, especailly above 3500, and you will love the sound.

think 300rwhp is possible?

I'm gona be lookin for some GT40p heads and try to run about a 10:1 compression ratio both I will port heavily and throw in some big valves

I heard the GT40p's will produce more power.. with both of them ported

300RWHP possible, yes it is, likley maby not but you should have a lot of power across the range. Don't really look for hp numbers, but concentrate on ET numbers.
