I have decided to buy a new upper and lower intake for my stock, 1994 GT H.O. I was debating over GT40n Intake or the Typhoon EFI. I didn't know which would be best and what HP gains I would recieve. And what else I would have to do to supplement for them.

It depends on your budget. Personally the GT40 looks like it's a lot better contructed. My friends Typhoon looked rough, and the runners looked bad. It may be an Eddy clone but it ain't an Edelbrock! My opinion is that you can't go wrong with the GT40 series (not necessarily the actual GT40, but Cobra or Explorer as well) intake. Most are inexpensive and give great horsepower and torque numbers for a mostly street driven car.

You also need to remember that the Typhoon is intended for 1500-6500 rpms I believe.
That sounds about right, I have an Edelbrock Performer RPM in a box in my room waiting for me to afford to buy the rest of the parts I need. It says 1500-6500 RPM. I know it's gonna be overkill for my combination for now, but I figure it should still be better than stock (and perfect when I finally build the motor I want).
