im considering UD pulleys yet i also want a new sound system in the future. my question is how mush power is being robbed from the accessories and is it noticeable?

Estimates and some dyno pulls show it running in at between 4 to 8 rwhp or so. Some more than that depending upon the other mods I guess.

Previous under-drive pully systems I have used on my other Mustangs did have a noticable drop in altinator output at idle. With the A/C running, the headlights would dim until you accelerated.

I have not noticed this or any other electrical problems with my 05 using the STEEDA set.

If you install a really power sapping base-booming stereo system, and plan on playing it really loud while at idle.... better pass on the pullies.

However, they do give the car a good kick in the pants for acceleration!

Yes that should help..... it really depends on how much of a power drain all the normal electrical stuff and your stereo running at the same time puts on the system.
