udp's with tune

Hi everyone I have a question about the udp's would there be more of a power difference with a 93 oct tune and 4:10's with the pulleys or it really would not make that much of a difference with the pulleys being on the car with the tune. If you guys could let me know I would appreciate it.

Pulleys typically free up maybe 7-10 hp and are part of a combination of several common mods like UDP's, CAI, Gears, exhaust and a tune, so...yes keep them on the car. Every little bit helps.
