uhoh,thar she blew a gasket....

Hey whats up guys, been a bit since i posted about my car so heres the 411.Best engine ever owned :D I must say the stock bottom end is almost indestructible,But the body is not...unfortunately due to a very large mammial that wonders the highways early morning hours,i ended up wrecking in a ravine, after driving it for a bit beat up she finally blew a head gasket in embaressment :rlaugh: ,So while i have to take the head off I am going to mill it and i want to port it out so any expeirence in this head, its a 89 head but what would be some good suggestions to play with?

i would love to do a turbo swap but finding a complete turbo motor in northeast oklahoma is kinda hard....so i am gonna build one,but that is gonna take parts and money..as for a hopped n/a 2.3 i already have already got a header, when i take the head off i am also gonnaa go ahead and transplant the motor into the nice 86 body and thro a racer walsh cam in it,and then im gonna carb it,and put a holley on it and throw some nos in for fun.

If you want to go the cheap route then swap to a roller cam found in 91-93 2.3 Mustangs or 2.3 Rangers from 87-94. Porting out the head is what is really going to get you more flow and power. Milling wont add too much power, but is a good thing to do anyway.
