umm turning wheel cuz surges

Well if im at idle and turn the wheel it will either surge or cut off only does it at idle when my foot is off the gas. (i like to do that crusing to stop lights cuz of the newish cam still dont get tired of it ) but anyeone else have this problem before?

yeah, there's a pressure sensor in the power steering that adjusts (raises) idle for the load when turning the wheels.

like sitting at idle and if i turn the wheel it will surge and surge bad enough to cut off the car if i dont give it gas also
