Well the thickness of the disk is different and also the disk has no serial number on the origional. The pressure plate on the origional doesnt have any identification nor state ots ram. But the new one does. The design of the crevises on the disk are also different.

sounds like somebody packaged that first clutch wrong.

BTW new parts can be defective, I have seen it happen many times at work, I don't mind because I get paid to do it again as a service part failure

Looks fine, however im going to have to post a thread soon on how to correctly wire a sn95 starter up to a fox because mine doesnt cut off when i am done cranking. And im starting to feel bad for my flywheel.

Yeah, I'd want a new flywheel too. I'm sure the old/new one will need to be resurfaced, or it might even be the wrong one too .
