kiwi: What do you mean "Ford plug"?

I'd bet he meant the wire harness plug for turnsignals, brake pedal, horn.

If you were (or already have) rewired your car, that wouldn't be much of a big deal - unless you had sprung for a Painless "Perfect Fit" harness (or a used OEM harness). Now, if it were going on a 70 or newer Mustang; I'd be more irritated about the GM ignition lock (and "Chebbie keys")

I received my rack just before leaving on the Thanksgiving holiday. I will be installing tonight, and I will give everyone progress updates and my impressions....if anyone cares!
For now, I am painting the pulley and taking the red anodizing off of the hose clamp cover.
At first glance, the quality seems very high. Good finish on everything, nice quality pump, pre-made lines. Looks good!

Keep us updated! I'm thinking about ordering one of these soon and would like to hear how you like it and what problems you had when installing it.

Well I couldnt wait any longer. I ordered 2 power racks from Unisteer today(one for my car and one for my dads) They dropped the price even more for ordering 2 and I should see them by the end of next week.

So far so good....the pump is very nice, fits perfectly. The lines are pre-crimped. I have somehow lost the bushing that goes at the top of the steering column....I have to find one of those before I can put the shaft in. Everything has been really nice so far. I do wish the aluminum parts weren't poished, but I imagine I am outvoted on that issue.
Very minor clearancing needed on the frame where the LCA mounts, nothing big. More updates as I get it finished. Exhaust happens Friday, I will try to start the car Sunday, barring any more issues.

All done. Easy as that.
My only gripe is that the lines are too short. I am having trouble routing them away from the headers, and it looks like I will need to use a clamp of some sort there. Other than that, it fits well and all is good. Car won't be started until next weekend at best, I will post my findings then.
