Unusual IMRC error code -Plus repair questions about the seals / coolant when fixing.

I popped a code today, and it's the P1516 IMRC code.

HOWEVER

The code reader has a second error code cued as pending,P1516.

It's a constant failure, cleared codes or not. I've never seen the code cued
TWICE. I assume module.

I don't know if the bolts can be re-used. Still searching.

There's no mention of seals on the coolant flow tube, and the o seals on them. Replace as well?
EDIT: Need new seals for the flow tube, and some silicone lube.
EDIT: Replace radiator hoses.. doh car is 96, so hoses won't survive..
EDIT: Replace heating hose behind IMRC module while at it is reccomended.

Torque order/numbers.
EDIT: I have the haynes manual, I will scan and post the torque order and numbers.
No one has done that yet in any of the articles I have found.

EDIT: IMRC deletes will sap some low end torque, Average cost is like $225.
Not worth it performance wise unless you supercharge, but sure makes it
an easy permanent repair, and is cheaper than the module.

Should I replace the hoses for the emissions stuff while I'm at it?

The car has a stock intake, up to the MAF,(PRO-M) which I did not do myself.
Am I wasting my time getting a CAI given the car has the larger MAF
and a K&N? Is the BBK just useless bling?

IMRC relaibility varies. From 48k-80K seems to be the clean/break range.
After that, doom is pretty much assured unless you are agressive with keeping
carbon from building up, and the module can break for no reason at all anyways..

Some tests to see if it's the sensor wires or the module.
There are two cables that control the IMRC.
Hold onto each one in turn, and have a pal run the engine past 3500 rpm.
If you don't feel the cable move, it's bad.
Sometimes the motor driving the cable mounts breaks free.

Module is about $150 - 250 depending on how lucky you get.
