Well, since my new valve springs and MPH custom grind turbo cams came in, along w/ all the tubing for the hot section, i got started on fabbing up the hotsection. The longblock is now complete, just have to put it back in the car, and finish up the hotsection on the turbo, then coat it and finish up some powedercoatin some of the parts and then it'll alll go back together.

here's what i've got so far.

There's nothing Non PI about this car. and everyone around who would screw with me knows what its getting.

I'd start with the list of mods, but its almost 2 pages long and still getting longer LOL

Oh I know it is no longer Non-PI in any sense, I was playing the role of the "unsuspecting stranger"

AWWW ok.. gotcha. yea anyone who know anything about the car scene around here has already heard rumors of a big ass turbo charged mustang getting built.

No sneaky-ness for me at all. but then again, i'm plannin on running dual 3" exhaust w/ the warlock mufflers to keep the thing quiet

Yup.. The wholes will get covered/filled in, as they are letting are bypass the IC core. I've also got a good bit of ductwork to put in once all the IC plumbing is routed for the Power steering Cooler, and the Oil cooler.
The motor was build by myself, and is fully blueprinted and balanced. Capable of spinning 10k rpm's, but will probly never see 8k.

Heres some new pics from today. COMPLETE longblock w/ freshly powedercoated accessory brackets and you can see my PS coil pack relocation bracket is setup. The hot section crossover is fully tig welded and is 90% complete, i've just got to weld the PS header extension and v-band flange, then weld the O2 bungs in place and the wastegate tube. Then its ready to drop back into the car... Its getting EXTREMELY close, and i'm short $800 from finishing it up in the next 2 or 3 weeks

are those custom headers or bought then modified?

also seems like the drive belt might be kind of a bitch. the tensioner looks like it's a bit blocked, might just be the angle of the pics though?

Lol, my rear end is actually a 94-98 also! The 31 spline upgrade really wasn't too expensive. I bought a used 31 Spline Diff from an F-150 with a rebuild kit, and then FRPP 31 spline axles.

The headers are custom made by Kooks. The Serp. belt is a PITA to get too w/ the turbo hotsection on. Actually its impossible to get to, you have to remove the hotsection to get to it. Which is about a 20 minute job (3 bolts and 1 clamp). And it still retains A/C..

Yea thats probably what i'll end up doing ..31spline truck diff w/ extra disc and 31spline axle's.. UNLESS i decide to swap in a IRS rear.
