Ok, I've finally got enough money saved up to get some much needed upgrades done.
I want to start with the Rear end first. Then do Subframe connectors.

I decided on 3.73:1 gears
I have a buddy with a lift and some knowledge about Differentials.
I called up GEF Racing and got some prices.
140 for gears
85 for the installkit
And then I could do *either*
190 for a new trac-lok And some new 31 spline axels.
What is a good brand and place to get Axels?
or replace my clutches for 45

I know I'll need to rent/buy a backlash tool.
I'll need gear lube (Fully Synthetic? 80W/90??)
Friction modifier? Unless it's in the lube already?

What else should I do for this project? Aluminum drive shaft? Do I really need the 31 spline axels? My philosophy is to do it right the first time so I don't have to go back later.

Any other suggestions guys?

Thanks!
