Upgrading to Cobra brakes. Need some wisdom.

Before anyone flames me, I did do a search but didn't find what I'm looking for. However if you know of/can find a link to a past thread, please post it.
Anyways...
I have access to some Cobra part cars and would love to upgrade my current crappy brakes (96gt). So I need 2 things from the folks here at Stangnet:
1. A parts list of everything I need to make this work.
and...
2. What items should I buy "new" and not use the used.
