upper control arm bushing

You will need to drill out the rubber part with a 1/4" drill bit, then collapse the bushing shell and it will come out too. The new one needs to be drawn in; I use a threaded rod and washer with a piece of pipe larger than the bushing to draw it into. I can replace them both in about a half hour. Hope this helps. I've not seen the NAPA ones, always used Ford's, but they cost about $20 each.

Maximum Motorsports makes a tool that does this. I will probally get one when I do mine, which may be soon.
