upper cylnder cleaner

a buddy swears that after using an 12oz bottle of "upper cylnder cleaner" his milage has gone up & his car is running better being I like all of you have tried different snake-oils and never had too much luck.....what do you guys think? I think it he said it was gumout......?????????????????????????????????????????

I think it's snake oil, as you said. If you're lucky it wouldn't do permanent damage...

I used seafoam top engine cleaner and had great results. Poured it into the t/b and it smoked like an indian village, but seemed to smooth the idle out and runs better.

I use Lucal fuel conditioner at every single tank. It has injector cleaners, lubricants, and conditioners to facilitate a cleaner fuel burn and keeps the fuel system running smooth and clean. Yes, it works. As I stated, I use it at every tank. I also have good gas mileage results. I noticed an increase of about 30-40 miles per tank so it works.
