Upper intake spacer?

This seems like a pretty inexpensive and easy bolt-on (even though its only worth 2-7 RWHP). Seems like a good addition to aftermarket TB/plenum mod. Anyone have experience with these or have an opinion one way or the other?

I beleive the aftermarket Plenum is already adding what the spacer would.

I use to have it on my car before I got my Tb/plenum. I didn't notice a difference when I put it on there I took it off when i put the TB/plenum on because it's already raised up and I didn't think I should keep it on there. I sold it to a guy for $25 shipped, he said he noticed a difference in his throttle

i have a spacer for my t/b and plenum. i havent really noticed a difference. thought bout taking it off. but i guess i am just lazt when it comes to taking stuff of. putting on new parts is a diff story.

i had one with my stock plenum and left it on when i added the c&l upper. I can't say i felt the 2hp in the seat of the pants but i don't think you need it with an aftermarket upper.

i had one b4 i bought my c&l plenum and it was smaller than the hole in the plenum so i figured it would probably just restrict the air intake so i left it off. so its still layin around in my garage with my stock nowadays

get a tb/plenum combo and dont worry about an intake spacer. i think it's a waste of money, your gonna get about 2-3 hp out of it... and it'll make a nice paperweight.

When I put the spacer on with the stock TB & Plenum I felt what seemed like a little more oomph on the low end. When I ported the plenum I port matched the opening on the spacer.
