UPR billet clutch quadrant and adj cable????

last night in the middle of me kicking some LT1's A**. my clutch cable broke as i was shifting into third to put the finishing touches on the little exhibition of acceleration. i decided to go with an adjustable cable and quadrant to replace the stock stuff. i saw the kit offered by UPR. it is the triple pickup quadrant with adjustable cable. i was wandering if it worth buying. the price is good and it looks very durable. does have any experience with these or know by any chance how good they would be.

I've got a Steeda (blue) dbl pickup quad sitting in a box - why? Because the pedal was an inch higher than before (doesn't sound like much, but wait til the knees hit the steering wheel!) Ended up swapping it out with the Steeda (red) steep ramp, quick release quad at the advice of our mechanic. He said this problem is typical of aftermarket quads. I'd never heard of this before but just like he said, the pedal dropped down to stock position. This is on our 01 GT after he installed a King Cobra clutch, quad, adjustable cable and Steeda firewall adjuster...we compared pedal height with our 02 GT. (I know, life's tough with 2 GTs!) Just my two cents...
