UPR EGR Delete Plate Clearance Issues

Or you can use the bracket that comes with a Victor 5.0 intake.....but you have to loose the heater tubes.

I think an MC-machine throttle cable bracket will solve your problem. As long as you have a 5-speed, it will work. I have the UPR delete plate and I don't foresee any clearance issues with the bracket I have.

What exactly does an EGR delete plate accomplish that an EGR blockoff plate wouldn't, except adding a whole lot of interference and relocation hassles?

I needed the 3/8" EGR delete plate because my discharge tube was hitting the strut tower with the stock EGR. Being able to move the throttle body closer to the intake solved that problem. Otherwise, I also see no need for a delete plate.

i will also say there is nothing wrong with upr my whole suspension is upr and its all quality parts...when you start to move things and change things this kind of stuff happens ...its called modifying for a reason...u couldve just got a block off plate for the egr and been done with it

Getting rid of an unnecessary part. I'm all about engines that are clean, easy to work on. I never use the EGR spacers. Then again, I typically don't use heater tubes on my fun cars.
