UPR quadrant, cable, adjuster help!!!!

hey guys. i hated driving my car for the longest time because of the way my clutch pedal felt. i was having to push the pedal all the way to the floor to shift, and the disengagement point was like 0.5" off the floor. I read on here how to manually adjust the quadrant and that fixed the problem a little bit. something still wasn't right so i decided to swap in a upr quadrant, fireall adjuster, and adjustable cable. now, the clutch pedal is stiff as hell, and it feels like a sponge. i messed with it for a few hours last night adjusting it but i can't get it right. somebody please help me so i can sell this damn car!!! thanks.

You've got something put together wrong somewhere. The only thing to do is to remove and start again. It's hard to suggest what is wrong since you can't really see how you installed it.

Mine works flawlessly...I had the same issues as you described initially.

i took out the upr cable and put the stocker back in. all better
