So, so, so, so very happy the ups man brought my new Trick Flow Street Heat intake manifold today, and man oh man I can see how much more of a great piece this thing is than the stock piece. The ports on this manifold make two of the ports on the stock one, and the fit and finish is great, I'm impressed with the quality of the intake. Cant wait to put it on, but figured i would just let everyone know how nice this manifold is and how great looking. I also got the black powdercoated upper, and it looks great in my opinion.

I just did this exact install 3 weekends ago. If you want or need any tips/advice, let me know.

I also went with the black upper, but chose the silver elbow... im gonna polish the elbow and paint the trickflow on it black, and have the intake black but have the trick flow polished... little something different.

You wanna see proof of increased air, put the old upper to lower gasket underneath the new felpro 1250s.... the port size difference is silly.

no my car isnt stock i have a b303 cam along with o/r h pipe, roller rockers, flowtech mufflers, afpr. I got the silver elbow also i wanted a little contrast, i hope it looks good

Hows that cam treatin ya? I doubt its doing much, if not hurting you, with the stock heads.

well everybody claims it will hurt you with the stock heads, but to tell you guys the truth i gained quite a bit of low end power and a lil high end, so i dont believe the whole " the b303 is not gona help you at all with the stock heads deal". I'm running 9.3's in the 1/8th mile right now with the new intake, 3.73 gears or 4.10 and good tires i believe i could get 8.9 or so out of it, which in my mind isnt bad at all for my mods. But i really do believe the cam has helped me out some to tell you the truth.

he's not kidding either about the cam. been for a ride with him before and that thing has some go to it.
