Urethane bushing or steel bushing C/C plates?

So when I bought my mustang it had lowering springs but no C/C plates and this of course has screwed up the alignment. Now that I've converted to 87+ spindles my alignment is even worse. I've decided before I get it aligned that I'll get new struts and C/C plates but I want to ask you all before I buy them. First, I dont find the need to get the new 4 bolt C/C plates, nor do I want steel ones. After looking around I've found that some brands use a steel bushing and some use a conventional bushing. I really want to get the steel bushing type like the Steeda units because obviously steel is stronger and wont give, but do they make road driving a pain. I doubt it will affect much but maybe some of you have war stories I should know about. The steeda units are a good price, polished aluminum, good brand name, and have steel bushings.

GTconv-thats what Im talking about, the steel bearings, and yes its for my 85. I'm not touching my 95. As for aluminum and steel, I just dont see much selection for steel, and to be honest, I like having that polished aluminum, lol. I figured the steel would be stronger, but also if the aluminum was that bad then why would all the big name companies sell it. But actually, I think I just found the perfect units. I looked again on Steeda's site and they have steel 3-bolt, steel bearing C/C plates, and they are only $170. I think Im going to get those because you cant get much stronger than that, and they have the steel bearing.
