Usa 66 Radio Problems

I bought the USA 66 radio from custom auto sound (wouldn't suggest there company). But I was wondering if anyone that has bought it has the same problem or knows how to fix this problem. It is fm and auxillary but every time I push the button to switch to auxillary it doesn't work any ideas on what is wrong?

It would help if I had an idea or what your trying to do with the auxiliary ?

I would call their tech support. I had the main board go out on mine about two weeks after installing it. I was in the middle of my restoration so by then my warranty ran out but they fixed it for no charge anyway.

How'd the radio work when you got it back?

no matter how times i warn against getting one, i always end up replace them in the end. My best friends dad got one for a 55 Ford wagon.It wouldnt turn off after a day of use, I had to take it back to CAS, they replaced the left knob switch, no questions, but i still have no faith in thier product.
