Why not just take one car?

Not smart seeing as more people own guns than pets these days

Would you pull over if some guy was waving you down and cussing and screaming? I think not.

say after some few choice words and the finger i just slowed back down to see if the girl was ok..

Shouldn't this have been your first concern?

Not trying to flame anybody, but waving somebody down while cussing them out and screaming....probably not a good idea, because you don't know if hes got a gun/knife/weapon of opportunity, and in some cases, specifically with SUV's you don't know how many people are in the car. As long as no crime was committed, and when i say crime, i mean felony (punishable by 365 or more days in jail) and nobody was hurt, let those eh holes go on there way.

More importantly, glad to hear nobody got hurt.

Was at spring break at Port Aransas, Tx about 10 years ago (yeah I'm old) when a drunk dumbass was driving (a camaro of all things) through a large group of people on the beach. He hit a couple of them and kept driving. So many people around, he could not drive quickly, so the people he hit and others basically formed a mod and tried to run to catch up to him. That dude hit more people and kept on driving. By now there was a very pissed crowd following him, trying to catch up to him. Well, eventually he stopped. His driver side window was down. Somebody reached in the car and stabbed him in the back of the neck. That was it for him. When the cops got there "nobody saw who stabbed him". brutal.

Moral of the story: friends don't let friends drive camaros

fantastic moral! i didnt know so many people had done this! me too lol! some kids...(im talking 13 or 14, mayyybbee 15) were joy riding in the parents chrysler sebring, where me (slow-ass fox body), a modded-to-hell evo 8 and srt-4, and a yamaha R1 were hanging. it was like 11 or so, blah blah blah. basically these kids roll by, trying to be badass's, and then when i ask my buddy "did that kid have a beer?" (as he leaned back drinking something), he stopped the car a few feet away from us (in a parking lot of a secluded park), ask "what did you say ?", threw the beer at us, and slowly drove off. we all looked at each other, very.....captain plane style (car powers..unite!), and each jumped in our respective vehicle. the kid then started to haul ass. i essentially was the slow one. i didnt run any lights, i did do a little speeding, some serious accelerating, but never got aabove 55 on a 45. my buddies on the other hand...well the R1 was doing 100 mph wheelies, the srt-4 was running lights (carefully...but how carefully can you do this? i guess basically what he did was pull around it, and make sure no cars were coming). the evo couldnt go into boost, because he had just had cams installed, and was still in the trial/break-in period. so could speed, he just couldnt get there fast .

So the kid on the R1 and i lose him and our other two buddies. i dont know how. i've already called the police, and the guy in the srt is on the phone with him, on the kids ass. as the R1 and i are picking our asses, driving down the road where we think he is (we have a general idea), trying to figure out what to do, he pulls out of another parking lot and cuts us off, with no head lights on (keep in mind its nearing midnight). he gets out of his car at a stop light, asks why we are chasing him, as the srt guy and the r1 step out of their cars/off of their bikes, he freaks, gets back in the car, and runs the red light. i lose him there, and lose them all for a while. i finally catch up to them on a side road, pulled over with 4 cop cars. he had pulled onto US 41 (hugeeee street...tons of cops at night), and cut all the way across traffic, and then a cop saw him and pulled him over. BUSTED!

damn i wish i had a cool chase story like this...but all i have are these mediocre ones...Fall 04, driving back on interstate 84 between Scranton, PA and north NJ in my 89 GT. I approach a tractor trailer in the right lane, and a minivan in the left lane who is "trying" to pass the truck. the minivan is making some progress so i fall in behind it and begin to pass the truck. just ahead of the truck is an acura integra, going just fast enough to stay ahead of the 18 wheeler. just as im about to disappear behind the truck i look in my mirror and theres a mercedes c class FLYING up behind us...instead of slowing down, he passes the tractor trailer and the integra ON THE SHOULDER rumble strips and all. he obviously couldnt see the integra ahead of the truck and i almost witnessed a serious accident between the merceded, integra, minivan, truck and probably me too. the mercedes continues flying down the road so once i get past the other cars i nail it and catch the benz, roll down my window and give the WTF gesture. he barks something at me from behind his rolled up window, thinking he is looking all badass. i fly ahead and what do you know, he nails it again and RIPS past me and i never saw him again...until he got pulled over a few miles up the road by a PA state trooper. i pointed and laughed as i went by.

i got chased once back when i was 17...in my 85 GT T-Top...cruising with my buddy thru the lake community where i used to live in March, so some grit/salt was on the road. (wonderful NJ road maintenance) so i come around a corner (im just riding along innocently) and there is an older chevy pickup half sideways across the road and a bunch of punks milling around it doing who knows what. i slowly approached, realizing they had no intention of moving...so i squeezed my way thru an opening between the truck and someones lawn...a little aggravated that these dumbasses were being stupid so as i roll by i nail it and kick gravel all over them and their truck. they all jump in and as i make my next turn i realize they are on my ass. i take off and they try to keep up but obviously couldnt. i exited the community and they simply turned the opposite way. heh.

I had a number of chases about 10 years ago when I was younger with a bad temper, but here's by far the most comical.

We had 7 or 8 people in my buddy's early 80's Chevy van, most of us were laying down in back so it looked like there were only 1 or 2 people in it. We were stopped along a road, and a Jeep Cherokee with a couple punkass kids drove by and threw a handfull of stuff at our van full of punkass kids. We took off chasing them. The Cherokee had a 4cyl and the van had a 305, both were REAL dogs. We got on I-90 eastbound out of Issaquah (uphill direction), in hot persuit. We were both wide open going up the mountain, being passed by people just driving normally. I'm sure no one had any idea they were passing a high-speed chase. The kids went up some dead-end road, realized they were screwed, and got out of the Jeep with their hands on their heads, pleading about how sorry they were. We acted all badass and told them how we oughta kick their asses, but I couldn't help from busting up laughing when we got back into the van.

Haha, you guys are all too crazy for me. I hope no one ****s up my car because I don't think I'd have the nuts to chase 'em down.

Good thing no one's getting hurt in these stories.

Ive been in a chase once I was going to wait in line to buy x-box when they first came out so i left my house around 3am. So im driving through the city when some guy pulls next to me at a redlight and signals me to roll my window down. I do and this *** starts offering me money to do sexual favors so i say follow me and he does. I had him follow me to my uncles house and he starts to pull in behind me when he see my uncle coming who i called while on my way.. I got out of my camaro and threw my tool box right through his window and hit him in the face. The guy sat there stunned for a minute then started talking **** so my uncle came to say something to the guy and the guy took off.. We jumped in my uncles El-camino and chased the guy we toped out about 115 on city streets and seen the guy turn into the hospital so we left. That was one weird night. Im sure the chase was my fault but guys who offer a 18 Year old kid money for sex need to be beat down..
