Leak down won't show a cracked block unfortunately. Not saying this is for sure your problem. But most likely either the head gasket or block is compromised. Unless there is something I'm missing. Just sucks man. I feel for you.

If it is the block I highly recommend just going straight to an aftermarket block(dart-boss). Then you could just transfer everything over and not worry about the block again. Also you can turn the boost up(obviously with the proper mods/tune). You could check FordStrokers.com and talk to the owner Jim Woods(Woody). He could sent you a machined block. Etc. Expensive but....

My buddy had the same issue . Was getting milky oil but no signs of anything wrong . Found a crack in his block (ford FE motor ) spoke to an old timer and he repaired it and hasn't had a prob . in this situation with a stock 302 if that's what it is - pull and do a dart block and change the Pistons . If your already there

so you did the following

exhaust gas coolant test
compression test
leakdown test

all came back good?

when you pulled the intake did you look in the intake valley and down the front for any cracks? Did you check the oil galley plugs?

Sorry man but think it's time to pull the heads. You may also need to pull the timing cover to check for a cracked block. Only thing I can think of is adding dye to the coolant to see if you can find the crack. They sell UV dye and black lights.

Not to sound like an ass, but you did change the oil after the reinstalling the intake? You will get coolant in the oil when pulling the intake.
