Wait.... So why not just go the windshield washer fluid method?
Well, that was the plan at first, much easier....the snow boost juice is 49/50,but its not ready avalable here, and washer fluid is 30/70 somthing like that, just wanted to make my own 50/50 mix, that would be best for the system no?

The tuner said best would be to use boost juice,or mix your own,but he had good results with blue washer fluid also.....with the way things have been going,i dont want any issues so i thought to mix my own....lol

Even just straight water does the trick. The H2O will pull huge amounts of heat out reducing detonation chances, the meth adds octane which let's you run more timing. Truth be told 30% is probably enough, but when you spend so much time and money better safe than sorry.

You get a much more consistent mix when you do it by hand and can tune a bit closer to the edge. With washer fluid being so inconsistent, folks usually leave a little HP on the table for an extra buffer.

You need a GoPro to record the smile on your face when you wind it up on the street the first time. LOL

It uses as much as it needs. LOL Actually it's pretty efficient just depends on how hard I drive it. I use a Anderson Ford Mr Freeze kit. It works from boost pressure so as boost builds it forces more and more boost juice through the nozzle. I have the nozzle installed in the powerpipe elbow blowing directly into the blower. The impeller helps to atomize the mix and it also keeps the blower cooler.
With the use of the water/methonal kit my car seems to not be affected as much from summer temps. It pulls like a freight train at any outside temps.
Best bang for the buck I ever spent!

Yes it can be done, some worry about the water eroding the turbine. But this is a lesser issue if you have a fine enough mist. Non IC turbos do it this way.

Yeah that's where AFM states in the install instructions to mount the nozzle for the Mr Freeze kit. The kit is installed below the blower and is unnoticeable. No added electronics with this kit and/or battery relocation, ect.
Its completely hidden. I call it the secret sauce.

Good news!.....i dropped my car off on fri, tuner said it runs awsome now,and so far put down 495rwhp/501rwtq at 10psi 5200rpm,had to let off the throttle he said because injector duty cycle maxed....he wants it for another day to see if he can raise the base pressure to see if that will help...

If anyone still cares thats the update!....long haul im getting a little exited now....lol

well guys im in trouble here, they did another free tune on my car,one good thing is my head gasket didnt blow....so i put the new gasket in,my cylinder pressure went from 185psi to 160psi,they ran it,with the 347 vortec pulley it saw 9 psi on their dyno?.....anyway,here are the results, they say that with my set up they cant make it work, its runs too hot?,compression is too high?,all the stuff i asked them before about!,so i paid a G to blow and change a head gasket, intake gaskets twice, tows, fluids and a lot of my time and head aches, and in the end they tell me to change my whole set up!.....i cant beleive these guys!

I searched the whole thread and did not see where it was ever said what injectors you used/have.
