V6 Engine

Autoweek has said the V6 engine at 202 hp/235 lb ft torque is 0-60 around 7 seconds. Thats not all bad. Some simple mods (exhaust, throttle body, intake, pulleys) you can be near 260 like the current GT. Maybe it wont be half bad to buy a brand new V6...

What I like about the six is the larger bore.

You won't get 60HP that easy. One good thing about the bigger engine is more torque, and probably a better torque curve.

Dual exhuast and 3.73 gears would be the way to go.

u can do all your basic bolt-ons and it will feel a lot stronger. its different than anything else u can buy.

Yeah, I was loking at those numbers and thinking 'd*, my 95 gts rolled off the line with numbers like those" ...then I slap myself and start thinking about the gt again.
