Vacuum Fittings

[WEIRDGUYWITHAKNIFE]

I am at a loss to make much of the diagram. I have been left with the 3 plugs in the picture, I believe 2 go in the manifold and 1 in the plenum but am unsure. If anyone can help it would be great. thankyou

The tee goes to the plenum and feeds the vapor canister plumbing and the tee on the firewall.
