valve cover gaskets???

do i need gaskets bewteen the valve covers and heads for my 00GT PI Heads? im doin the swap in a couple weeks i have the head gaskets, intake gaskets....what other gaskets are needed? someone said vlave cover gaskets? i already have the head bolts as well.

I have gaskets between my valve covers and the heads. I would imagine that yours is the same as mine.

i can pick up those gaskets at any local kragens/autozone/pep boys right?

If the bolt pattern on the new heads is the same as your old ones and you can reuse your valve covers just reuse those gaskets as long as they are pliable (sp?). It will be grey and narrow and fits in a groove in the valve cover.

I would think that you can get them at one of those shops. New gaskets came with my valve covers so I'm not sure. I would think that since they have other types of gaskets, then they would sell the ones for the valve covers as well.
