Valve Cover Removal Tips

My weekend project will be to install a set of PI cams I picked up this week. I read a few articles and write ups, but it seems as if getting the valve covers off will be a PITA. I was sizing up the job earlier, and a few of the small bolts (especially) the ones on the bottom may be difficult due to the slight angle and lack of room. Any tips from those who have done this before?

Use the u-joint 3/8 thing, the harder part is put the valve cover back with out the gasket coming off, I have to use alot black rtv silicon to hold the gasket without falling out. cause no room.

Removing the bolts won't be a problem, it's the drive side valve cover that will give you problems, it just doesn't want to come out!

Do not use brute force to take it out, take the time to look at the problem. The master cylinder is blocking it, you'll have to jiggle it around to remove the valve cover.

Any other advice? I managed to get one of the bolts on the bottom off, but of course, I ended up snapping it in half. I cannot get the others to budge; tried a swivel and going at it by hand with a small wrench, but I'm going to end up stripping them all if I keep that up.
