Valve lock installation tool

Every post I've read about installing cams says that by far the worst part is installing the locks. Has anyone used this tool from comp cams?:

I'm not sure if there would be enough clearance with the spring compression tool. I'd be willing to drop a few more dollars to save a few hours.

won't work on an OHC motor unless the cams are out of the motor
