I just replaced the heater core in my buddie's car and now his vents won't blow any air. I have checked all the vacuum lines behind the glovebox going into the vacuum block and they seem fine. All the lines behind the HVAC controls all seem there as well. Does anyone have any ideas of how to get the vents working, because I know that they worked yesterday. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Double check the vac line going to the door, behind the dash on the drivers side. If you look behind the dash from under the drivers side almost directly behind and up from the drivers side of the radio. And double check the line coming out of the firewall in the engine compartment. That line tends to break about an inch from the firewall.

What he said. THere is one vacuum motor that is behind the stereo on the driver's side, had a yellow vacuum line going to it. I accidentally pulled it off without knowing after i was wrestling with the dash after replacing the heater core.
