Yeah I know, I am picky, but I meant to say it would take more time with the stuff you'd have to remove and add. lol glad we got that worked out.

haha yea I was just kidding, id take a pic of like mansonozz's car and see the lines of the back of the vert and do it but i already closed photoshop im not in the mood anymore lol

And if you decide to make a hardtop one, you can use mine!

I am actually modding my 93GT to follow the basic design behind the R (Road racing suspension, cobra brakes, tri-bar wheels, stripped for track use); i even bought the factory oil cooler that came on the R... None of the cosmetics other than the wheels will be used however since i do intend on running it at the track and figure its money better spent on performance mods and track time...

The new direction for my vert project hit me when i saw the original photo shop. I have an extra set of tri-bars and some misc. cobra brake parts sitting around. Bought a cobra rear wing with a grill insert for the car already and since i have to respray the entire car anyway.... i figured why not? Everything down to the power steering cooler can be easily found either from ford or similar in the aftermarket... The thing that will forever bother me is that i'm not going for a full color change so under the carpets and in the engine bay the original color will still be present.

Does anyone know if roll up windows were available in convertibles? Also, i will be keeping my black carpeting throughout and maybe running some Recaro SE seats since i need all the leg room i can get (i'm 6'7"). Otherwise it should be a spitting replica of what an R 'Vert would have looked like. Oh and the top will be of Cloth not vinyl...

Any tips on other stuff to include or modify would be appreciated.

Juts to let everyone know...

That photoshop doesnt accurately show how the wing will sit on the car. In that pic the wing is sitting at the hatchback angle, whereas on a vert the wing does not sit like that at all... I say go with a smaller subtle wing, but in the end do what you like!
