Very bouncy in cold weather.....

Does anyone else have this problem? or have my shocks just simply gone bad?

Its like a roller coaster. I know it was not last bouncy in the summer, and this is my first winter with it and have no basis for comparison.

Mine is hard as a rock. Every bump I hit feels like my brain rattles. My whole car rattles now, because the potholes ar eso bad in NJ
